To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the Account registration process. You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted from your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify yd999 support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 17.
yd999 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures consistent with responsible gambling and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence including, but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending successful completion of KYC verification. yd999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse or suspend any transaction where KYC verification is outstanding or where documentation provided is deemed insufficient or fraudulent.

All funds deposited to your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are specified within the Platform's payment section.
yd999 may reference familiar Pakistani payment brands including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in an informational context. The availability of any specific payment method for deposits or withdrawals depends entirely on the applicable operator's agreements, the payment provider's own policies and prevailing regulations. yd999 makes no warranty that any specific payment method is available or will remain available.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform offers PKR-denominated accounts. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction and are not guaranteed. yd999 bears no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
Funds deposited to your Account must be used for genuine gaming and betting activity. Any attempt to deposit funds and immediately withdraw them without engaging in substantive play may be treated as an irregular transaction and may result in Account suspension and reversal of the transaction.
Withdrawals may only be requested by Eligible Users who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of the Platform. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the User's own name. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the Platform's payments section.
Processing times for withdrawal requests vary depending on the payment method selected, the User's verification status and the Platform's internal processing queue. yd999 does not guarantee specific processing timelines and expressly disclaims any representation of "instant" or guaranteed withdrawal speeds. Users should allow reasonable time for withdrawals to be processed.
yd999 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request where:
Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily, weekly or monthly basis. Details of applicable limits are published in the Platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time. Winnings exceeding published maximum limits may be paid in instalments at the Platform's discretion.
All bonuses, promotions and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. The Wagering Requirement will specify the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked across eligible games or markets before a withdrawal may be processed.
Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, syndicated play, use of automated software, arbitrage betting or any other method determined by yd999 to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry periods as stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited on expiry without compensation. yd999 will not reinstate expired bonuses except in cases of demonstrable Platform error.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. yd999 and the applicable operator reserve the right to decline or limit any bet at their discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed applicable stake limits, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed using apparent system errors in odds.
Odds are presented in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, the odds locked at confirmation apply. yd999 bears no liability for losses arising from odds fluctuations prior to bet placement.
Live or in-play betting markets are subject to additional rules specific to the applicable sport or event. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted entirely at the User's risk. Network delays may affect the prices available and yd999 accepts no liability for losses arising from such delays.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation; incorrect market listing; manifest odds errors; or where the applicable operator determines that a bet was accepted in error. The stake of a void bet will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
Cricket betting markets — including those covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other competitions — are subject to the general betting rules above and any sport-specific rules published on the Platform. References to PSL, ICC and Pakistan cricket constitute sports context only. yd999 has no official relationship with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yd999 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balances:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any Platform content in any form or by any means without prior written permission from yd999.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in or to any trademark, service mark, trade name or logo belonging to yd999 or any third party referred to on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yd999 and its officers, directors, employees and agents exclude all liability for:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
yd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting yd999 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any Cash Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding obligations.
Upon Account closure, all pending bonuses, free bets and promotional credits will be forfeited. Closure does not affect any obligations you owe to yd999 arising prior to the date of closure.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Platform or your Account, you should contact yd999 customer support in the first instance. Details are provided in Section 17. We will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable period.
If you remain unsatisfied following our internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter to any applicable dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's license jurisdiction.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents yd999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and that it is their personal responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws. yd999 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
yd999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided, which may include an on-screen notification upon your next login or a notice on the Platform's homepage.
Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
